DECEMBER 2014 FSW APPLICATION SUBMISSION

Concerns are swirling around my head as I am November 3rd applicant under NOC 1111. I haven't received any form of acknowledgement nor my DD has been cashed.
And I am having hard time reaching CIC via phone. I am from United States and can't seem to get hold of CIC over phone.
However, I tried calling call center in USA but they were not able to give me any information whatsoever.

It's been almost 4 months and I am still waiting for some form of communication from CIC.

Is CIO NS working today?

First of all sorry to hear this. Secondly it is always better to accept the reality, and the fact is that your NOC was capped somewhere between mid to end of October 2014. Of course I don't have any intention to disappoint you. But there were 931 applications during mid oct 2014 for your NOC. Therefore there is a big chance that your NOC was capped. Therefore I shall strongly recommend you to create your express entry profile because in fifth or sixth draw when applicants without Job offer+LMIA will get selected, you have big chance to get selected.

I just got my PER!!!!!! We are sooooo happy
Here is my timeline:
App Reached: 12th Dec
CC Charged: 5th Feb
PER: 28 Feb ;D
NOC: 0111
I will update the SS tomorrow.
In the mail they don´t say in which Visa Office will be our application. Is this because it is the same VO we mention on the forms?
They also say we have to inform immediately if I have a new job, but they don't say where should we send that new information. Does anybody knows how to do this?

Whether any body know how much average time these days would take to reach PR stage from CC Charge stage...
I think that can be derived from excel sheet but i am not expert in that..

Congratulations to everyone who got good news!

Suzroa, we are on tge same biat. My application dated Dec 3, NOC 3233 was also on its way back It was returned last Jan 15 and no idea about the reason. my WES report = 2 years diploma and self assessment of points is about 71. Just called the CIC call center last night.

So all is unclear. but still not being doscouraged. Everything has a purpose. God is good! Thank you so much everyone in this forum!

We are all 99% certainly in the cap, just need to wait until CIC process all FSW requests.. no idea when they resume processing 2172 :-X
