I am getting worried not being charged so that I am considering registering my profile on Express Entry Pool.

mhussein or George - since you two are experienced with Excel analysis, could you please summarize number of applications per day for Dec for 2172?

We had at least 2 reports in the 2172 whatsapp group, that people for Dec 10th and 15th were told over phone that cap is full, and their applications are sent back to them..

I don't know, perhaps another Excel analysis for 2172 could either explain how is that possible, or encourage showing those reports cant be right..

Here you go and good luck but remember that the historical trend is that the Spread Sheet contains 20%-25% of the global applicant population, so you might need to multiply the numbers by 4 or 5 to get the real picture

roughly 450 applications for december. But this is just an estimate based on the representative data available in sheet. But cap will never be an issue for this NOC.

Yes there is no harm in registering for express entry while you are waiting for your FSWP result. It is not going to affect your FSWP application.
