Don't worry, you will see your PER email soon in your box. Looks like CIC is sending PERs NOC wise. I am a 2172 NOC Dec 5th applicant, CC got charged on 28th Jan and got my PER email on 23rd Feb. So, hopefully you should see yours very soon.

My credit card was charged last night, exactly 8 weeks since CIC received my documents. my NOC is 4214. I wanted to update the ss but apparently lost the edit link.
