Hello Guys,

Please let us all be considerate. I understand a lot of people are happy about their CC & DD encashment and the reception of PER. But nobody is responding to questions raised by the other guys who have not heard anything at all from CIO.

For example we have asked severally about NOC2133. Please can someone help us with the status of this NOC. My application received date is Dec 15.

Still awaiting PER E-mail.

We are talking about PhD stream. and a Dec 1st applicant got charged and has his per. so how can an Oct applicant get their package back due to cap reached?
the cap showed on the webpage for phd stream was 227 around end of Nov.

The NOC is capped as my cousin received back his application yesterday and reason is that the NOC is capped since October. Try EE

I just called CIC and a sweet lady told me that my app wasn't rejected and it is "under process". I've asked her what was that means and she said "I don't know what that means". She said already that my process number was not created yet but maybe in four months (April) I will receive a letter and an agent will contact me soon.

Seniors, do u know what that really means? Under process, no process ID, four months...
A little bit confused now, but happy To hear that News.

If anyone can help me I will appreciate.
