i missed a call from +48729770102...i guess a poland number

anyone have any idea or call from same number before PER ..

Strange! We also got two missed calls from two different polish numbers +48729770*** & +48729780*** yesterday! Both times phone rang for a few secs only! I did some research - both are Polish mobile phone numbers. First thought was - Has my app been transferred to Warsaw VO! But my app reached on 31 Dec 14 & I have no charging information yet (DD).
Can members from India whose AOR has been received from Warsaw throw some light

My application was also received on the same date. As per my conversation with CIC yesterday, I was told to expect hearing from CIC between March 8 to March 15. You can also expect the response during same time frame.

My NOC CODE 2172.App received at CIC Dec09,2014. DD Fee En-cashed Feb4,2015 as per Bank. Nice CIC rep given UCI.
In ECAS showing as In Process
1)How long will take to receive PER
2)Now i want to change my Employer(One Indian IT to other Indian IT Company), Is it having any effect on PR application in terms of delay or background verification(BCG)?
