Don't worry, I guess we both fall on a same lady. Your words and story is exactly same as I experienced last night when I called CIC. And I guess we should wait till 10 weeks of time, I was not interested in any email contact so she said "Sir its up to you if you wanna call after 10 weeks we will answer your queries."

App. reached: 18 dec.
My NOC is 0015 the freezing cold one.
DD was outstanding till 11th FEB

Dear, khurramrizvi

My app. 19th of Dec. with NOC 0015. Charging mode is CC.

Let's share information since our details are almost same but different charging mode.

I hope yours will be charged soon!

If your letter for either NOC, has not either stated "full time" OR specified working hours, it will most likely NOT be counted for your employment experience (unless the officer screws up and misses that).

This could either straight out reject your application if it is missing for your primary NOC, or reduce your points for work experience if it is not on the primary NOC (but still make you below the 67 points mark, hence making you ineligible).

I am sorry to be the one to tell you the bad news...

Thank you Carmageddon and Ali-N for providing the information...
In my both letters I clearly mentioned worked as Full time, but not mentioned the no. of working hours/week.
I hope it will not impact on my application.

Thank u all...

I am also of the same date and mode of payment but of NOC 0013.
Hope my DD will get encashed soon as well

I just checked with my bank right now and they told me that the DD hasn't been encashed yet. The bank also confirmed that since my DD has been drawn on a local Canadian Bank it will take not more than 2 days to cash it.

I really don't know whats going on as I am getting worried about my application.

Can anyone tell me how do i add my noc / VO / date of submission etc in the left column just below my name since I am new here.

Guys,

Last night I tried to call CIC and was able to speak to them and the conversation is as follows:

1. Provided last name, first name, date of birth, country of birth and the date (13th Dec 2014) of application was sent.
2. The agent informed me that she didn't find the information using my credentials as it was too early for me to contact them.
3. The ideal time to contact them is 8-10 weeks from the date of application received by them.
4. She recommended to contact CIO Office, Sydney, NS and sent me an email for the same and at last I ended the call with thank you note.

I am bit worried as they don't have any information with respect to my application. Many thoughts are reflecting to my mind such as 'what if my application was returned', 'what if the CAP has reached (mine is 2281)' etc. etc.

Also, last week I checked with my DD issuer (Thomas Cook) and was informed that it is still outstanding as of 6th Feb 2015.

Seniors/forummates, what would be my next step? should I proceed to contact CIO, Sydney, NS? Your advises are greatly appreciated....

Regards,
Richie

Richie,
Wait for a couple of more days. They are processing charges for the application dated 17, 18 19 Dec only... so pray to god and wait until Feb end. Post that you can write to CIC, NS

Hi Rik,

I my self is 29th dec applicant. It's been precisely 50 days today since our application has reached CIC. When do you expect us to be charged?

Dear i am not expecting the charge before first week of March with the speed that CIC is moving on. But trust me with the trens so far we would hopefully complete the entire process the fastest....

Wait 10 more days i.e. end of Feb.

Most of the applications are getting charged around 60 days so have patience.

This game is all about waiting!!!

It is 60 days / 8 weeks from the time the application was submitted at CIC. There is no information yet on the same.
Can any senior member advise if there is anything wrong going on or I am safe . When can i expect my DD to be encashed as I believe that CIC has started processing dec 17/18/19 applications and couple of dec 22 applicants were also charged.

Hopefully from today onwards December 1st week applicants might receive their PER's as few November 28th applicants in the forum reported their PER's yesterday while NOV 29, 30 are Weekends.

Wish you all the best to members who are waiting for their cc/dd chagres and PER's. Cheers :) :) :) :)
