I have already clarified in my previous post today on this same thread that this message is 100% a fake message and doesn't contain any facts and figures specially the NOC1111 was already capped out in mid november. Therefore the profile 1111Canada that is just created today and this message as well as fake message and the profile is a fake profile. Sorry to mention this but what I am describing here is based on facts and figures.

This made me feel sooooo sad... I am also an applicant for NOC1111 and my application was received last December 31, 2014. :(
