I am checking entry in GSS.Below are list of people for DEC 11..Other than this list also if any body is thr please update.
So that we can get more clarity on cap...........

CIC has just slowed down, I don't believe 2172 is close to be cap filled (yet).
By my most pessimistic calculation (6 per day reported here, times 4 for the 75% not in spreadsheet), 2172 will reach ~900 in total applications, while other forum members here believe it will be much less than that. Cheer up! 8)

Hi Danielpuma,

In this case i'd like to suggest you to call CIC and inquire about your NOC whether is it cap filled or is it still open. If they say its filled, ask them when was the cap filled date and you can roughly know whether you are in or out by comparing the cap filled date with your application received date.

Alternatively please analyse through our Global spread sheet and see whether there are any same NOCs applicants CCs charged recently.

I wish you best of luck and please dont lose hope.

Another question, folks (I seem to full of them these days). Does our NOC have anything to do with the speed of processing, or is it only dependant in the date our application was received. If they have a separate section for each NOC, and some of them work slower than others, that would cause a difference in the timelines, wouldn't it? It would also explain how a December 15th applicant was charged, while there are a bunch of people from earlier dates (different NOCs) who are still waiting. I'm grasping at straws here, because otherwise, it means my application has been returned. I saw that a December 15th applicant has been charged.

There is something mysterious going on. How come we hear about December 15th applicant have been charged while only 2 of Dec. 11th and none of Dec.12th. Please, we ask everybody not to distribute data unless it is authentic. I'm sure, many are becoming confused now and I'm one of them.

Sir, he is my friend who got charged yesterday for NOC 2172....App sent on 15th of december....We applied through same consultancy. And he shared the good news yesterday of his credit cared getting charged.

Yes, I didn't believe it when my friend told me.....we applied through same consultant. My app received on 9th dec, mode of payment DD, and his app was received on 15th dec, mode of payment CC.

got charged on 31st jan..thats was the last charging on NOC 2232.. i am waiting too as my application was received at NS on the 16th dec.
