CC charge date - 04/02/2015

my application was returned in this noc due to duties not matching, so i reapplied under 1111 noc.

Please were you charged and then the application returned or you just got the application back without being charged?

I guess some NOC's falls into "wrong" hands at CIC like mine.

regarding to 2133:

Have you thought about the possibility the maybe the NOC 2133 cap was reached, I mean CIC got 1000 COMPLETE apps before december 31th but they are processing late apps ONLY as a replacement for those 1000 apps that fell into cap that didn't pass further assessment

what do you think about it?

I think people are over hopeful on this.
there is nothing in the MI that instructs them to do this in order to try and maximize the amount of people that really get in the cap...
They just don't care about + 10 applications in their statistics.

I want to believe you but how do you explain that some NOC's are not being charged since last week of october or first week of november, like mine for example??

Hi Danielpuma,

In this case i'd like to suggest you to call CIC and inquire about your NOC whether is it cap filled or is it still open. If they say its filled, ask them when was the cap filled date and you can roughly know whether you are in or out by comparing the cap filled date with your application received date.

Alternatively please analyse through our Global spread sheet and see whether there are any same NOCs applicants CCs charged recently.

While you guys are waiting for the CCs to get charged, let me update you guys on the latest PER received date.

(Because eventually we all will start to wait for our PERs after another two weeks when all CCs of the December applicants are charged)

Latest PER received is by a Nov 13th applicant - saw it in the November thread

December PERs are not seems to be far guys....may b by two weeks PERs will start to rain in this thread too....haha

Guys!! Keep calm and lets pray for our December applicants whos CCs havent charge yet!!
