Hi Guys,

I am a 5th Dec - NOC 1111 applicant, no response yet from CIC. I was checking the spreadsheet and it seems there has been no PER issue for 1111 applicants since 2nd october. Does that mean this NOC list has been capped out?HuhHuhHuhHuh Anyone else in the same boat?

My timeline is same as urs. I am 4th dec applicant under noc 1111. No updates yet.

I am highly optimistic that today will be the day for applicants till 15th December. Just keep an eye on your CC statement.

Hey why do you think ur application will be returned?

I'm a self employed structural engineer. Not sure if the documentation I've provided is sufficient to prove my experience/ expertise. Not sure whether they will check that at this stage.

From the information i gathered from the older posts in other threads, the CCs are NOT charged immedeately after the completeness check. There is a gap between the completeness check and the CC charge.

You can follow this by looking at the CCs getting charged according to the Application received date in CIO.

The NOC cap is not really traceable as they took out that webpage after they launch EE.

Anyway....just follow the forum here and keep eye on the CCs getting charged according to the Application received date at CIO and if your date is passed and still your CC didnt get charged, wait for 7 more working days and you may call CIO and inquire.

Thanks. Still have a doubt, though. Is the completeness check done immediately after the application is received at CIO, or is there a lag? What if they actually put on a shelf somewhere while they deal with the backlog, and the lag is actually between application received and completeness check, and not between completeness check and CC charging, as we have all been assuming. So maybe it actually takes them 2 months after receiving our application to do the completeness check, and then they charge the CC immediately. If that is the case, there is still a chance of getting our application returned (for whatever reason), isn't there?
