I have submmited my addition IELTS scorecard dated Nov 2014, while i took the test in oct 2013. My wifes score card is dated Nov 2013 (Original). Will that be a prob? i have not attached any cover letter

Original ielts result must be included in your application.
Your application will be deemed incomplete if you did not include ielts.

did you or did you not include your original ielts result in your application with other documents?

I lost my original score card. So i went to my test center and got an extra copy of the score card. it looks same as the original one. Only the date os issue is different. In my case the date is varying by almost a year!
