I sent my application under NOC 4214 on 23 dec & it was received/delivered by Donnie at CIC on 31 Dec 14, 0809 hours, just in time.
From forumites analysis, it seems news of PER would come around mar/apr.
My doubt is that should I also apply for EE. Would FSW 2014 continue processing at the same speed now? Or, it will be on backburner, with maximum staff working to clear EE applications to meet new MI deadlines? Any thoughts?

EE apps will not be processed yet until first draw is done. So they have at least a month to fast track all remaining fswp.
I am Dec31 applicant too, same bulk shipment as yours. Noc 2133.
I have created a profile in EE to be able to get into the Job Bank. But now withdrawing it because some say it might jeopardize my fswp app.
So better submit EE after PER/NER.

FSWP 2014 ended on Dec. 31, 2014.
They received your application on January 5, 2014. I am not sure if they will consider your application.

I am in similar position, I am however hoping that it is the post marked date that is used to determine it not the date it received. Is there anyway this can be clarified?
