I am also waiting for PER, Dec 15 applicant..

Try to call CIC agent and you may get some info..

I had also applied for the same NOC 2172 with DD payment mode on 24th Dec,
No DD encashed, No PER, No application return, no response by CIC.

I think its hard luck now.........

we must finaliz our second option for immigration now so that we might not lose our precious time anymore.

FRANKLY SPEAKING FSW OVER FOR 30-31 december applicants due to overall capping as many applicants call cic and they got the same answer from cic. Its hard to walk on reality but this is true.
