No brother ..talked to a few consultants also but everyone has a different take on what's happeing ..it's better to sit tight and keep on checking up with CIC for updates for any letter individuals get from CIC .

I guess they send the whole package that you had submitted back to you through regular mail and it contains the letter stating the cause of return of application

No PER yet. ECAS showing status as "In Process".

Sorry, but how to access to ECAS without UCI? And UCI usually comes in PER email?

Usually you application pack will be returned with an explanation letter, but how do you know you are going to be rejected?

Just talked with a call agent in cic.She gave me my application number which starts with Exxxxxxx .I have not received PER yet.does that mean PER? my time line is 23 Dec noc 0113

Ur per is on its way any moment. Relax and enjoy the wait and keep checking ur ECAS status

Usually uci comes in per mail but if some one like me have visitor visa then he might have uci number with him and u can also get it by calling cic because even the rejected files too have uci numbers but if they give u file number starting with alphabet E then ur golden mail is on way any time will knock the doors of ur inbox or spam folders!!!!!

Is there any other way of knowing the status of my app? Thanks so

hi gladys, i'm also from the philippines and also waiting to be charged. however, i'm in more dire straits than you are because mine was received on a later date. but i see that we are both in cold NOCs (i am 4151). i've seen a lot of post here lately stating the global cap has been reached. i won't refute any of those. we just have to keep the faith until we get the decision on our own apps.
