Application Received : 8th December
Till now no update, CC has not charged yet.
No PER email received yet.
Even no incomplete documents email received.
Please suggest what should he expects from it.

New delhi visa office usually does not send AOR.
They send PCC request, MR directly to applicants.

for others the time period is usually 30 to 60 days or longer. average period 45 to 50 days.
