Hi guys, Just spoke with CIC contact center. Sharing what was told to me....

The lady told me that my application could not be found in their system yet, citing huge number of apps received towards the end of the year.

About the caps, she said she had no update if they were reached or not. ( I am aware people have a different answers, just quoting the agent here).

She asked me to wait till the end of the month or early next month.

@naredont I called cic yesterday too, Id mentioned it here. When I mentioned the overall cap she sounded surprised n asked me for my noc n sd that my noc is not capped.
