I mentioned earlier if u read my comment that the agent told me when ee was confirmed for 1st Jan max ppl tried to apply in the fsw due to which there's a high influx. Even my file wasnt there, so either he sd it's returned or not opened yet

Got the same reply. File not in the system cld be that its returned or not opened yet. The person sd call centre has no info reg the overall cap.

@naredont I called cic yesterday too, Id mentioned it here. When I mentioned the overall cap she sounded surprised n asked me for my noc n sd that my noc is not capped.

Hi even I called today, a 31st dec applicant n I was told they don't have any info reg my file n since it's been 10 weeks I can email cic. When asked abt overall cap, she sounded surprised n asked for my noc which is 4214. She replied it doesn't seem to have reached the cap. Now what do I deduce...
