Hi Friends,

I called up the CIC to enquire about my application which was received by them on the 23rd of December 2014. They informed me that an email acknowledge has been sent to me today which is 09 March 2015. When I asked him what does the email confirm, he said 1. Receipt of application, 2. Some reference number and 3. If they need any further documentation. I informed him that I have not received any email and he said it will take 2-3 days for me to get the email, 2-3 days for an email, really?? Is this the PER email? My payment is by DD hence unable to check if I have been charged. Please can the expertise on this group give me some information if the agent was talking about the PER email?

I understand their(CIC) instructions that they are not supposed to provide updates on the phone, else they would be sitting at their desk forever for people like you and me , so trying their best to convey the message without telling it directly, frustrating yet Understandable.

This is indeed really strange because PCCs are allowed to be sent in a later stage so even if it were true that you didnt send it this couldnt be a reason for rejection. CIC is driving us crazy!!

First time lady agent said.. My file has returned bcoz i didnt submit my pcc from canada. (But truth is i nvr been to canada )
2nd time lady agaent said.. My file has returned because i have done phd from canada and i didnt submit documents. (I was like PHD from canada..oooppss)
3rd time male agent said.. Oooppss you have good news.,they have send you goodnews in ur mail box..
Than after keeping me on hold.. He cane with reply.. Ur cap was full so they returned ur file..

Hell creepy illiterates...
I think if therebis anything wrong., its all about information in their system.. So plz dont listen them.., just wait and pray ... Wait till end of march.. Until u get mail or returned application in ur hand.. Till than dont make urself tensed..

Any help........step by step

1. Application outside Canada
2. Federal skilled workers
3. Select client I'd/UCI
4. Number????? Should we put a hyphen xxxx-xxxx or xxxxxxxx

Are the above steps correct????
