There is a pattern here. CIC agents are loosing their mind. What she said to you was not for you i think. Some time when we tell them details, there is no surety that they got the details correct. For example:
My UCI # is 12345678
they hear UCI : 234516789
They read what they have it on screen. and cut the phone. We get panic then you call again, the other person get right information and give you right feedback.

if you CC is charged then please wait for PER/NER to be sure. Until then just relax and stop calling CIC.
If you are CC is not charged then wait til mid march and then panic. Even today CC was charged for 30 Dec applicant.
