Maybe is too early to have your app updated on their system.
Don't worry about that, they said it to me some day.

The NOC you are talking about caping in late December is 250 + 191 pending. How come you are saying it is caped. Probably your friend did not tell you the truth of the reason for his/her return. All I am advising is you try to be sure before you give out information. Don't just say it without confirming it because it may be misleading.

You don't read forum posts properly? There were many NOC which seemed cold but have been reported capped. The data you are posting was similar since Oct 2014. You think its funny that someone will tell lie about his dream being shattered? I am sure of my facts and I don't mislead anyone. If you have problems then you can skip my posts.

Well, if your app was returned The agent should told you, I think.
Many agents told that to other applicants.

Try to call them tomorrow and ask this specific question. Maybe they have The answear.

it's ok, it is no war but an advise. Be sure before you engage information. The NOC o112 is actually my NOC and hearing that an application was returned based on cap got me worried. My application got into CIC on 31 Dec through an immigration agent, I hope you can understand now why I am complaining.

The cic agent said that he does not see any problems with my application so far and that it is under review..

He gave me the uci number although i did not ask about it..

Then he advised that if i don't hear from them by 1st APril i should call again..


Is this good? What does it mean under review?
I did not ask about dd encashment..

Dude my friend is with me since my college time and we work together for same company. We prepared all the documents together. It is a shock for both of us. I understand the stress and emotions and will never ever take them for granted. I will suggest that every late December applicant should give a call to CIC and ask them directly if the file is with them or returned.

My NOC 0113 is also cold but no one has been charged after Dec 19. Even I am 29 Dec and stressed about it. No hard feelings bro.
