DECEMBER 2014 FSW APPLICATION SUBMISSION

with respect I would like to say that I may b wrong.
but lets continue this discussion,may b all of us can reach a conclusion.
As I told b4 the 1st cap update was published on june 20th. 525 applications. Suppose it is based on dd encasement then cic encashed which is the immediate step after completeness check. Its an awesome number. Only 50 days after launch of fsw.i know in later stages there are many apps even though if cic takes 30 days at least to check a application then I have to believe all those apos reached cic in the beginning days of may.if so we are all at risk of rejection as overall cap may b reached by now. But also you have a point thats why I mailed to cic to know the actual fact. Hope I can give some good news for everyone.

there is a hint in Applications in the PhD stream:

Applications received toward the overall cap: 227 of 500 (as of November 19, 2014).

I think this may be the Date of the applications in this update.
so there is a GAP of one month between the receiving and update dates. which is logical :

Regarding count,

Check this -->994+7= 1001 (Strange!!!so CIC count all applications until Dec 16, 2014 regardless of cａｐ　limit? or they accept some extra to keep in buffer?

I have seen that "3 years undergraduate study' is rejecting by CIC.

Do they accept diploma (three years) since I have done BSC computer science 3 yrs but I got
my wes result as diploma(three years).
Could you please suggest your view? Thanks a lot. Your help really means a lot for me.

Shahimran1 I told u before also...Its not problem for you or for me also.. look at our noc 3112 cap...do u think u got ur ECA very easily.. and many more in the line to receive t.....I was lucky I got it with in 2.5 months...so dont worry but pray for others also...and Mine was a long story .. never thought of going abroad...till july 2014...and made my passport in august 2014...so hard work always pays...

thanks brother. I know it's not a problem for me or you. We are just thinking about others cause both of us know how hard it is to arrange the docs and prepare the forms. I congratulate you for your efforts. It took me 5 months to receive the ECA. I applied in June 24th . received it on 1st dec. Also it took me another 14 days to arrange every detail. .I finally couriered it on dec 15th. And its still in transit.
Both of us know about this feeling.
But as you told HARD WORK ALWAYS PAY.

WHY ARE YOU TAKING A CHANCE.... AT LEAST IT LL TAKE ONE DAY IN YOUR COUNTRY FOR COURIER COMPANY TO PROCESS...AND YOU ARE SAYING YOU ARE GOING TO SEND UR PACKAGE ON 27TH...i.e SATURDAY AND NEXT IS SUNDAY....AND COURIER COMPANIES LL NOT WORK ON THESE DAYS... DO U THINK UR PACKET LL LAND IN THREE DAYS..ITS A CHRISTMAS SEASON....REMIND.. MINE IS IN LINE ..ITS 7TH DAY..I BOOKED IT ON 16.12.2014 AT 9 PM...AND RIGHT NOW ITS ON THE WAY TO NOVA SCOTIA...AND IF IT LL LAND ON 3RD OR 4TH THEN NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS...I M IN INDIA AND YOU ARE IN PAKISTAN...
