Sir,

Just wait n have faith. They do not get much applications just in one month. If they receive applications in total cap is 450 for example. these numbers are from may to october then how do you analyze they get other 400 applications within october and november? think analytically and logically. You have no other choice than just hope. Best of Luck.

On 1 December when my application was received its was 450 total and suddenly it has gone to 931 its shocking but many people like me were busy in gathering documents ECA report Ielts, Bank Statement etc they have applied in oct , nov and dec

You are right but try to read every single word mentioned on their website. I posted a Quote from another senior member and according to this when your application received at CIO they will check it promptly which is called "Completeness Checked" and in pending application they have mentioned they included those applications which has cleared completeness check but waiting for MI acceptance review e.g. Education, experience points etc. and also they have mentioned "if you apply today" so just have hope and best of luck. lets see what will happen. If december applicants are included in pending application then they will finally get their application charged till January end.

for PHD applicants they have clearly written the date "Applications received toward the overall cap: 227 of 500 (as of November 19, 2014)."

I don't think cic wants to tell you as it may involve people complaining their applications not being processed if somehow their applications arrived at CIC before the CIC reported date. FSW is never an open process - even lawyers may not know completely how it works and how visa officers make decisions.

my application delivered today... DHL told it will be going on 22nd.. but now i got the DHL text it delivered... how to check who signed it??? it says Delivered - Signed for by SYDNEY.............. there is no problem right..??

The same was the case with me too..!
Call DHL@ 1800 111 345 and request them to provide the Digital signature of the person who received it.
You will get it. It would be Loomis Express for DHL shipping your documents to CIC..

well its like this., if u can check the previous replies u can get an idea. but simply.., CIC cap will not update as soon as it get delivered... the first step is they will check u have submit all the documents... this will take 2 and half months. then they will charge money from ur credit card or cash ur bank draft. if any document is missing they will b rejecting... so have to wait and see... 2 and half months ...
