HI guyz..

We all are in same confusion train whether are December applications are in CAP updated on 16th.

Their is new twist to this whole story given by my consultant. :

I have applied in NOC 1123 and my application reached on 15th. My NOC says CAP filled 482 and Pending application for MI review are 340.
SO my calculation is 482+ 340=822 applications which leaves a margin of just 178 application for cap to reach 1000. and i am worried for my application.

However, when i spoke with my consultant, she said that this 340 is subset of 482. Which means, out of total applications counted towards the 1000 cap(these are the exact words as per CIC website), 340 are still pending for MI review...

Which mean their are still 500+ seats open and my application is safe.,.. she said she is very sure of this ...however, m not yet convinced

I so very much hope she is right and m wrong in my understanding...

What do u guyz think on this....???? do you think my application which is reached on 15th would in CAP counted???

Update: the chart below now includes additional information about:

the number of applications we have counted into the cap, AND
those applications that we have confirmed are complete, and are pending a review of whether they meet the criteria to be processed under the MI.

HARSHALA SHE IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG... JUST LOOK AT MY NOC 3112...MINE COMPLETED APPLICATIONS ARE 51 AND PENDING ARE 61...SO TELL ME WHICH IS SUBSET...

These numbers are for your information only. It is up to you to decide whether or not to submit an application for processing. While we can't confirm how many of the pending applications will be added to the cap total, keep in mind that any NOC that is nearing 1,000 total applications may be full by the time we receive your application at our office if you apply today.

Ya even, NOC 3012 has 746 in cap filled and 254 pending which totals up to 1000.
Which is why they have written cap filled.

If my consultant was right in saying its the subset, they shud not have written as CAP filled.

Was relaxed for some time, but again now worried..

you mean within a day they checked my documents for completeness??
i mean my application reached on 15 and the update was on 16th..and if till 16th applications are in that cap, mean was my application immediately checked for all docs??

Are they really that fast???
