DECEMBER 2014 FSW APPLICATION SUBMISSION

well i have been following the CC pattern from CIC and i have observed that CIC works in a particular way , i.e , they take a particular NOC and charge the applicants continuously for like 2 weeks and then stops for a month and then they resume it afterwards

take the example of 2281 , it was been charged extensively till 20 nov applicant and suddenly it stopped and ppl starts to beleive that the cap is reached , this could have been the case but now take the example of 2172 ... it was charged extensively to applicant till 10th Dec ... but now it has stopped charging and there is no way this NOC's cap can be reached as per last update on 19th December we could see only like 400 apps on this particular NOc

so guys be patient and hope for the best

NOC 0911.

No CC charged yet.
Can anyone help or suggest why its taking time for me. i can read that many dec 15 applicants got their CC charged.
why delay in my case.
Also how can i contact CIC office from India. Any one has there phone no. will they help me if i call.

You'll have to wait.
Last charge was on 10.12 for 2172.
We are all 99% certainly in the cap, just need to wait until CIC process all FSW requests.. no idea when they resume processing 2172 :-X

It is a particularly stressful waiting period, when I can see other NOCs being charged for early December. I am wondering if they are leaving us with the 3012 RN and 3233 practical nurses applications to finish off together?

I already have registration as RN in BC, which I am not sure if it will help application or not.
We certainly do not have a CAP of our NOC however.

One of my friend has applied back in june and have received MR. My another friend has applied on December 12 payment mode DD. She is waiting to get charged. Me myself initially applied in 3012 on Nov 24. However after CIC updated cap, I sent another application under noc 3011 which reached on DEC 22nd. I wish I would have applied under right noc in first go but now I can just wait. Plz keep in touch.
