DECEMBER 2014 FSW APPLICATION SUBMISSION

Sent my application for NOC 2131 by DHL Courier on 17th December !! Expecting it to reach CIC on 23rd Dec. NOC 2131 total count show on CIC as of today is 600 total applicantions. I read in upstream threads that this count is somewhere for month of October 14. I hope I could make to the CAP for NOC 2132 with Nov and Dec applicants !!

Current update on CC/DD charging & PER
Latest CC Charged: 10 October (NOC 4011 as per SS also got PER)
Latest DD encashed: 16 October (NOC 4011 as per SS also got PER)
Latest PER: 16 October (NOC 4011 as per SS)

Its unbelievable that DD encash has surpassed CC charge. May be some CC charges are yet to update entry in SS.

Hi seniors, i am going to send my application tomorrow under NOC 0113. Have u guys noticed about the new Generic application form? there is option to select visa office for the respective country. Should i use the new updated form or the previous one?

In additional family information- there is written all name should be written in English & native language. There is no extra option to write names in native language like background declaration. Should i include an additional page and write the names by hand?

Another question- in documentation checklist there is written that i have to include copies of passport page showing passport number, photo etc. I have the tourist visa of India which showing my photo and my name in the visa. Should i include the copies of those visa page? There are also Thailand & Nepal visa in my passport, but these visa dont have any photographs.

Please, need ur help.....

If possible you must use the updated forms.
Download language package. or you can use extra sheet for that, title the sheet with the form no. and principle applicant name and date of birth. better if you can get printed.

Application guide says so:
Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:

the English or French translation; and
an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
a certified copy of the original document.
As to me it means, that every document must have an affidavit. I did all translations with affidavit and translator's signiture and stamp on every doc. But the main question is - why to send origrnals?? And what originals? The guide says: Documentation submitted with your application will not be returned. You should obtain multiple originals of any documentation submitted with your application (such as reference letters, police certificates) so you are prepared if you need to submit a new application. If to look into a checklist, it requires to send originail only for IETLS certificate, WES certificate, police certificate. As for references - they require to send copies, but I sent an original because it can't be certified officially, as well as bank certificate. Hope you weren't advised to send other originals, such as diplomas or marriage certificate

Thank you for your reply. Original documents are easy to obtain here such as marriage certificates bank certificates, even official payslips and statements of working periods. Any thoughts,so far this is the only issue I have with my application.

I have applied under NOC code 1123.My application has reached CIC on 15th Dec 2014.
As per the CIC update on NOC cap shared on 12-12-2014 the NOC 1123 cap was 385. however, the latest update on 16-12-2014 says CAP fillied is 482 and there is one more column added on number of applications completed the Completeness check but, are awaiting MI review. Such applications are 340 in number for NOC 1123. Which makes the total of 822 applications already ready for CAP and hardly approx 175 caps to be fillied to reach 1000 number.

Also, when they say 340 are done with completeness check, which mean these applications must have reach almost 1-1.5 months prior.
Thus, in last 1 month many more applications would have reached for my NOC and mine have reach only on 15th

Am i still in race ?? I am very worried.

Can seniors please suggest or give their views.

Yes, it is really tough situation for December applicants like me. I am really very tensed..... praying to be in the cap.

we cant predict anything based on the numbers given in cic website,
all we can do is to wait for the result- yes or no
if yes - very happy
if no- nothing to loose - proceed for express entry.

dispatched my application on 17th December via DHL, I hope it will reach in time.

In case there is any objection or incomplete documents. whether i will be eligible to re-submit missing or incomplete documents under FSWP or i have to go through the new system, i-e EE.

HI everyone,

Have you people noticed one thing on CIC website Number of applications in 1st column =11544 in 2nd column =4565 waiting for MI Acceptance review which means total is 11544+4565 =16109

But just above the table it is written "Total received toward the overall cap: 11,544 of 25,000" this should be 16109 isn't it guys ???

one more thing for NOC 1112 994 applications are in 1st column and 7 in second which means total is 1001 this is confusing
