DECEMBER 2014 FSW APPLICATION SUBMISSION

its getting critical now. My noc is 3112. I am not thinking about subcap.i am thinking about the total cap. Already 16000!
Pls can you tell me this number upto end of November or recent in December?

The CAP was updated with new column of bending applications. what does this means.
I can understand that the counted applications are those where charged before that date.
does this means that the bending are the applications where received by CIC up to that date?

for 2133. it is now 519 counted and 258 bending.
My application was received 8/12
does this mean that my application is in that 258?

Hi everyone!
I have applied today (17-12-2014) in Noc 1121. And my application will reach CIC on 23rd of dec.
I am really concerned and confused whether my
application will reach before cristmas and new year holidays
As it will start from 23 Dec, Can somebody guide me in this situation?

I also have sent my package today (the 2nd one ;D)/ Frankly, nobody knows exactly, when our packages will reach Sidney. My one is promised to be there on Dec 22. If later... I hope, that at last somebody one will be in CIO after Dec 26 to receive our apps ;D ;D

oct 3rd - december applicants are not included in pending applications (charged applications)

16109 + (2685 x 2 nov & dec) = 21479 application

december applicants should be safe for the total cap of 25000

no.they only removed visa office. you will be fine

CIC has updated cap status. They have added new column...its confusing . Appreciate is any senior member can explain me.

Don't get confused. 3rd column says that "no. of applications they have received." 4th column says that "no. of applications are in pending state, meaning they are reviewing and it may be rejected if something wrong it the application" and 5th column tell you that whether cap is reached or not. you need to total 3rd and 4th column you will see the complete cap.
