Friends... november first week applicants..whose cc/dd has been charged are started receiving PER too within 23 days.. i hope CIC process application and send PER more fast for december applicants... i wish all first week december applicants start receiving PER on valentines day or may be before that..

there was no real fact of the relation between the last update of CIC on 16/12 and the date 19/11 in the PHD applications.
I don't know exactly the reason of that long delay in charging.
I totally don't know

There were total of 777-applications with CIO as per CIC 16th December applications. There is sufficient evidence that CIC 16th December update reflected application parcels passed through completeness check for applications received on or before 19th Noveber.

Therefore total applications for this NOC with CIO will be = 777 + (applications received between 19th Nov till 31st December)

Could you please also share that how you came to know about encashment of your DD. Whether you got this displayed in your online bank account statement. OR you contacted your branch who issued you DD, to know about it's encashment.

My brother is in Canada and issued the draft from Imperial Bank of canada. He contacted the bank and they informed him that the draft has been cashed.

Application received date: 15th December
NOC 1114.

My application was received 19/12 for NOC 2234, I know this NOC was low in Nov 14 but can anyone give me an update on Nr of applications and exp cc or dd date. Unsure how it was paid as my immigration consultant made the payment
