from this we can imply that now the other hot NOC may start charging again.

Yes definately they would be working today. I really do hope they make up for the lost time during this week and clear the backlog. I presume they would continue charging the NOC's where applicants are low in numbers. Meanwhile the NOC's where cap is about to be reached maybe going through...

Quite informative. But I have one query dear. Are they returning only the applications that are incomplete or they started returning applications whose cap has already been met. Thanks Hormuz

Your above statement makes me assume that supposedly a particular NOC reaches its cap of 1000, still CIC may continue to charge them till the total cap of 25k is fulfilled. Pls eloberate. As it would make lot of difference to people of hot NOCS like 2281 of mine. Thanks in advance. Hormuz.

I guess the CIC is a bit busy with some other stuff, hence the delay in charging. One more point to be noted is that only 25% of the total applicants arregistered on this forum. Hence we should not think charging is slow. Its just that we get updates from only those on this forum.

I don't think we need to worry of the cap being filled so early. Even December end applicants should be safe. Its just that CIC is charging Noc 2172 quite aggressively these days and our NOC sidelined. Its just a matter of time for our charging to take place.

I am afraid you cannot make a payment via a debit card. Only credit card and a Canadian dollar demand draft will be charged.

Having a look at this thread gives me a impression that December had more applications in contrast to the other months. Any views friends ?
