I got PER on FEB 3.My DD got en cashed on Jan 12.Is there a chance for my file to be returned?Please someone give a reply.I am bit confused..They received my file on Nov 14

Since you mentioned you already got your PER, you need not worry and just wait for the next step of the application process.

My application reached in CIC office by Nov 24th.Most of friends told me cap reached for noc 2281.How can we make sure whether it is reached or not

How they (NDVO) verified your job location and work experience, did anyone from your company informed you about it. (Directly or indirectly)

if yes what information they asked about you for verification?

Also did they come for physical verification?

Don't get upset guys but face the harsh reality that cap reached for noc 2281.I just had a word with one of the agents in CIC.All applicants from 24th NOV will be receiving their file soon.

You are right Richi. 4-5 days back my consultant confirmed me that one of his 05-Dec (app. recvd.) client has got PER on 23rd-Feb.........

Those CIC agents will do anything to keep away from calling them...........

We can only prey to GOD. Lets hope for the best..............

The thing that shows cap has reached is that none of the december applicants has been charged.
It does not take rocket science to understand cap has reached.
The sooner you understand the better for you.

I dont know why people cannot understand this simple logic that as none of the december applicants has been charged so this automatically means that cap has been reached. For all other nocs the charging is happening even for late december applicants.

Someone got charged on 27th feb . 8th DEC 2281 applicant.
