Almost same boat as you. AOR on Feb 27th and eCAS activated March 3rd, will hit exactly 3 weeks of eCAS "received" tomorrow...Unless something happens tonight ! :D ;D

We are quite a few sailing on the same boat. I received AOR on 19th and ecas was actived within 2 days. But no further update in the "status" yet :(
Checking few times a day hoping it will change "In Process" :P

Same here. As long as you are not the only one, you should not worry too much.

AsianIndian and triumpher83

Let us hope we will see some progress this week ... Am getting nervous as am being considered for other roles in my company.

Hi all. I'm new to this topic. (Previously an inland PR app).

Got a few questions. Appreciate your replies.
1. How many days before a status changes from application received to in process?
2. How many before status changes from in process to transferred to local office?
3. When you see the word transferred, is that positive news? Does it mean there's no problem.

Thanks and good luck to all.

94 days after sending my application: no AOR, no return, Canada Post tracking shows that CIC received my papers on December 19. CIC agent unable to locate my application, and suggested me to resubmit. I resubmitted today. Uffff.

You should have waited for 30 more days. I have seen people getting AOR within 4 months. In your case it was 3 months.

Did you send explanation letter about old lost application and resubmission?

All the best!

1. any where around 3 days to 3 months.
2. any where around 3 days to few months (2-4)
3. transferred means that it is sent to local office for further processing. all should be fine. However, if CPC sydney has issued RQ they will send it to you and will ask you to submit the RQ to local office and if local office wants to issue RQ then local office will directly send you a RQ.

all the best.
