please update the september excel sheet and you may remove your name from december sheet because technically your application is september batch only and if your name remains in the December spreadsheet then it might create confusion.

I wish you good luck!

done.

thank you

Hi mark1987,

May I know why they returned your application?

My application was returned due to insufficient fee. I can resubmit the application with the balance. However, I am not sure if I should reprint the application form and residency calculator as of today as well.

Any insight would be appreciated.

Thanks

You must have received the letter stating what to do.

Please also check the following link which will help you:

Thank you thecoolguysam for the link.

The letter does not state whether you should reprint or resend the old package. It, however, states how to pay the extra fee in detail :)

Please read the link carefully and make sure that the application is not stale dated. Also please call call centre at 1-888-242-2100. Press 4 and 0 and if it says that call can't be connected then call again. I think you need to try atleast 5-20 times

Hi Mark,

As per the following link it states:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/cit/admin/general/accept.asp

Unsigned and/or undated applications
Kit, forms, documents, payment receipt are returned to applicant with a letter;
Letter indicates that unsigned and/or undated applications cannot be accepted into processing and instructs the applicant to complete a new application form, check the website for current acceptable form version and requirements if they choose to resubmit an application.

By the way what was mentioned in the letter attached with the returned application?

Did you mention the same date for the following documents:

1. application form
2. residence calculator application date
3. residence calculator signature date

What did the letter ask you which was sent on July 7th? Was it a RQ or FP request?

Am a December 2014 applicant too ...

My application is received on 29th December by CIC.

Any suggestions on how to check the ECAS status? Am assuming we will need to receive the AOR to check the ECAS status. Please advise if otherwise.
