Hi Friends,

quick question :
The main application form is 12 pages and the supporting documents are several pages. Should I bound them in Paper clips or should I staple the relevant documents using stapler.
please advise, I am just worried the document should not get mixed up without stapler.
I read in the document checklist, they have mentioned to keep it UNBOUND.

Order the papers in a sequence as mentioned in checklist
use paper clip.

Hello,

I am sending in my application today. I had lost my original NOA and so had waited for the "myaccount" code to come in the mail, so i could print my NOA online.

I went in today to print the NOA, but the printout doesn't even give you your name on it.

Is the printout from the CRA my account sufficient?

Has anyone else sent a myaccount printout and does it have your name or any of your information on it?

I myself did not use the printout from CRA website (I had called up CRA and asked them to send me a copy of my T4 and NOA) but I definitely remember reading on the forum that many people used the printouts from CRA website.

Regarding your concern of the printout not having your name - try this out:

1) After logging into your CRA account, click on the "Tax returns" tab
2) Go to "View returns"
3) You will see the list of all the years you had filed taxes for. I am assuming you are looking for 2013 NOA. So right next to 2013, you will see a hyperlink
"Assessed" - click on that. This page has your name and date of birth. I believe this is the NOA that CIC is looking for - but since I am not 100% sure, please confirm it with someone.

Canada Post Express post should be fine. I had chosen the Signature on Delivery option as well - just $1 more but a tleast it gives me my peace of mind.
