Wow, absolutely nuts!!!!! Congrats Miller! :o This must be the best story EVER. Can't believe how fast that was :). I always wondered who would be the first of the December applicants. It's the person who started this thread!

Thank you ladies. Honestly, it caught me off guard as October applicants were starting to receive their PPR's. Hopefully this is the start of many PPR for our group.

Congratulations Millertimez!

Is there any indication of how long they will keep the passport before returning it? We have a trip planned for late June to early July, so there's a possibility we will get a PPR right before we leave...

For the US you don't send in the actual passport, just a copy of it :)

I try! ;) But very very rarely they will ask for the actual passport. I think I've only seen it happen once on here?

congrats on the news Millertimez :)

Hi everyone! I need help on the GCM notes application. Who can apply for gcm? The sponsor or sponsored? There is a part on the application that one had to be a citizen or a Canadian resident. If my hubby who is the sponsor can he apply for the gcm and does he need to have a consent form for me to sign since it's for the permanent resident application notes? Pls help!!!

Yes. You (the applicant) need to sign a consent form for him so he can order the notes on your behalf. Unless you're in Canada with him, then you can order them yourself, I think. When I ordered them for my hubby I got him to sign the form and I ordered them. I had to pay 5 bucks but that's not so bad.

Just wanted to give a timeline and hope we all receive them all soon!
