Thank you all. ;D

Ellasg, when you least expect it that's when you'll get it. You have submitted everything so now all we can do is wait. I know its horrible for not having to hear anything from CIC but unfortunately that's how things work. Cheer up and be positive that you will hear from them soon!!!

A hug going out to you.. ;)

Ohh thank goodness! My husband received an email (aor) from the Singapore office! It's such a relief, because we forgot to include an email address on the form :o but everything is fine now it seems :D If one of you maintaining the spreadsheet could kindly update my info, as well as ecas: medical received on the 18th. I appreciate it, thank you ..

Also, I want to throw out congrats to those hearing good news this week ! All the best :)

Congrats on the SA ;D
I'm glad most of you guys are receiving good news this week!

I guess I got cocky, I thought our application didn't have any red flags seeing that we don't have kids, we've never been married before, no criminal records and no cultural/social shock between us, but clearly, there's something wrong with it. My only hope is that I get lucky when and IF my file gets to São Paulo, some people on the forum are getting approved so fast through this VO!
It's hard to stay positive sometimes but thank you for the kind words, JenPin. :D

Thank you, darling!!!
Maybe they're already giving me citizenship and forgot to tell me :P a girl can dream

I made the dumbest mistake in my application me and my husband met on aug 2012 for the first time.... Then i went to my country on march 2013 and We got married on july 2013 i stayed there with him till sept 2013...can this be a red flag because of the short period of time ?
Now the dumbest mistake i made was from the time we first met till we got married i did go to see him like 3 times but i didnt think it would be important to mention that in the application since each time i only stayed there for like 4-5 days and we dont really have proof of anything..is there anything i can do about this ? Im like freaking out now cause first of all neither of our familly accepted our marriage so we didnt really have a party it was just like a small party with around 10 friends so i know this is one red flag

If you don't have to hide something then you dont have to fear anything

Its not really about hidding its about the time.... Like if called for an interview im sure the proccessing time would be longer thats all im worried about :( just need my hubby to come here need to start of my new life and have a baby soon :P just want it to happen fast lol

Hey, hey.. Don't give up just yet. ;) We are all on the same ground here waiting. You know how life goes.. Maybe some of us got lucky the first time. For sure you'd eventually get your own "time". Cheer up! :)

Well, I hope not..

About your situation, I assume you did include proofs of the wedding, right? I think as long as you didn't marry on the first meeting, now that imposes a clear red flag and you provided ample proofs of continuing relationship, I guess you'll be okay. Lets just pray that the period of cohabitation of 2 mos will make sense to them..
