Yes. Because it is one of the details that you have to supply when you log in.. But usually, after you receive your UCI, you cannot login right away.. Give it a day or two. :)

Dollinsxile, thank you. I'm sponsoring my wife from the Philippines and just started this long and painful process.

I logged into ECAS this morning and I have 'Medical results have been received'.

Hi CanadienTO, since your application was received in January 2014, I think it's best to be in the January Outland group.

Yay Maple! Mine finally changed to decision made and on the other side, medicals received :D

Hi guys,

I was wondering if any of you guys that made our spreadsheet could give me a hand with setting up the January spreadsheet. Just helping those people get a thread of their own.

Here is the sheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Ai51zUkctRaQdHBOVmlXUjJ4UHczZUF3LU1rdEVPeFE&usp=sharing#gid=0

The only thing I can't figure out how to do is the formula for calculating "# of days from A to B"
And if you can do anything to improve it, be my guest. I suck at making spreadsheets.

Hi Avadava, I can definitely help out with setting up the January Outland spreadsheet. I had to redo the formulas when creating the December spreadsheet which was very confusing.

I have the same message on my ECAS but have not received SA letter yet. Hopefully I'll get it this week, keeping my fingers crossed.

Finally my ECAS changed to decision made.... So happy... :)

Thank you! I already started with a spreadsheet for the January applicants, but I'm not sure if it's good enough. I've set the permission to edit for everyone with the link: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Ai51zUkctRaQdHBOVmlXUjJ4UHczZUF3LU1rdEVPeFE&usp=sharing#gid=0

If you decide to make a new one, could you include the people that are already on the list?

I just received this from Sydney immigration.

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:
Ø Police Clearance Certificate for AUSTRALIA as per the attached instructions Note: you must provide a 'Standard Disclosure' police certificate as per the attached instructions - not a 'Complete Disclosure' as submitted.
Ø Provide a 10 YEAR Traffic History Report from Queensland Transport, to complete the requirements of your Australian Police Clearance: http://www.tmr.qld.gov.au/
The above information/documents must be received in our office before: 19 FEBRUARY 2014. Failure to do so could result in the refusal of your application. Please quote your complete application number on all correspondence with this office.

So questions; what's the difference between a standard disclosure and a complete one? So what the hell did I spend $100 on?!?

And it's gonna take like a month to send the forms off and get it back and send back to Aus. Is there any way I can get the results sent to them? And how would I get them to include my UCI to know what file it goes with? Bit of a day ruiner...

YAY!

Two updates to my ecas! Decision made on the sponsorship application status section and medical results have been received on the permanent status section.

I wonder, does this mean that the visa office has received the application or is this logged in Canada?

Hmmmm

It means they have made a decision and will notify you of the eligibility to sponsor or not. (sponsors part)
The med part is the information sent from the doctors exam as to the results of it. (applicants part)
It hasn't gone to the visa office yet, unless they notify you of approval or not.

Yep - they sent me the approval letter last week the 14th - I figured it would be too soon for it to actually reach Jamaica but figured it was worth it to ask :)
