Also, I'm currently working in Japan while I wait and I want to visit my boyfriend in May, when we were trying to decide between Outland and Inland, we read that an upside of applying Outland is being able to leave Canada and visit etc. but nobody told us it was almost impossible to get a TRV based on dual intent.
We have a wedding to attend in August but I'm afraid I don't have enough ties to Japan, I'm 19, I don't own a house and unfortunately, I still don't have Permanent Residency Status in Japan... In fact, my long term resident visa here is only valid for 1 year now.

How could I build a strong TRV application?
