Finally. Some good news for us... Today our ECAS updated to in process...
We started processing ......... application on April 8, 2014
Can someone update the spreadsheet please?

I thought ECAS is only updated on Tuesdays. Today is Saturday.

I don't know what is going on with ECAS. It looks like they changed my status between friday night to saturday morning.

ECAS Updated to "In Process": Mar 6th
Passport requested: Mar 25th
Decision Made: April 6th
Visa received: April 13th

The wait is over for us...Good Luck to you all!

my status seemed to have gotten stuck ;D. Anyway, i've been snooping in other forums and so far for manila applicants, at the rate visas and dm's are being issued, december applicants will probably get news by july and august to september at the most. So the top most in my to do list is: to pray and wait patiently. . however, some peeps said that cem is on a fast track lately. Who knows, we'll get ours sooner than we think.

Question: Reading this forum and looking at the spreadsheet noticed that other Ottawa applications have already had the medical results shown as received in ECAS. Ours just shows- 'Permanent Residence Application Status - Application Received. We received your application for permanent residence on December 20, 2013. '

Should we call CIC Ottawa to inquire about our medical record which the Physician was supposed to send over to them? Additionally the toll-free # for call center on Sponsor approval letter is 1-888-242-2100. Don't think that is reachable from USA.

I didn't know that! I'm checking everyday several times ecas to see "Decision made". Now I should calm down a bit.
But I'm afraid that I'm going to continue checking LOL

Thank you princessice. GCMS or ATIP NOTES! I did not know anything like that was even available. I will have to research on this. Joining this newsgroup is already helping!!
Sad part is we have hired a large lawfirm to file our application and assist through the process, and even they did not suggest this option. When I had inquired, their answer was - well the processing time for Ottawa Center is some 15 months, and I have to just wait and see... :

Hey Natsul, welcome as another Ottawa applicant! I'm curious to see who will be the first one to go in process. Don't worry to much about not seeing your medicals. Some people take a long time to see. The best thing you could do is to request your GCMS notes.
