Thought I might as well kick off the December thread since my husband's application is being couriered to CIC on Monday.

Here are his details so far:

Date received: TBD
Residency days: 1148
Other: No test required due to age

Great news! We can all wait together.

My husband's application arrived today. I have updated my earlier posts to show the delivery date.

And now the long wait begins...

did you send your application by Canada Post ?

I sent the application using Canada Post's "Xpresspost" and asked that a signature be required for delivery. It cost around $14 from Toronto. However I like the security of being able to track the letter through the Canada Post web site and being sure that the application actually arrived.
