Congratulations to all who received their RPRF's, PPR's last night. Those who are still waiting...dont worry. its just matter of time.

Now that we paid our RPRFs, I have a question for the experts in here -

Do you know, for sure, that I , my spouse and our 3 yr old daughter require US visitor visa for flagpolling ( landing) ? I am planning to do it at Niagara

My second kid is Canadian by birth and he is just 2 month old. I will start his passport process shortly which is not an issue.

You dont need US visa for Flagpoling.

You will go to US border ,get admin refusal and back to Canada to complete PR formalities.

I also got RPRF email today
I just paid and sent the receipt attached to the email CPCO-Cost-recovery.CTDO-Recouvrement-frais @ cic.gc.ca
However the receipt has a number and my name only.. The address fields are empty. Should I print/fill it in/scan/save and send it again? Not sure now... :-X

Anyone? What did you do guys?

Also, in the same email they asked if there were or will be any changes in my family PRIOR to receive PR. I am not sure about that, cause I am pregnant and the baby due date is Jan 7, 2015 (we are in Canada). But they ask "prior to receive PR". So I hope I will get PR still this year. Should I still inform them about the due date? I am a bit scared that they might delay the application, and then I will have to add my baby to it, etc. What do you think?

Congratulations to all who received their RPRFs, including me ;D. I just have one concern I received my RPRF request but no medical request yet, my status shows IN PROCESS since July 23. Is this normal or what next? will I get a request for meds?

Guys need your expert advise.

When you had you last medical ?? I mean before PR application .. Probably for workpermit..

My question is when CIC requests for the passports should I be sending the old one or the new one? Or both ?

Should I also notify CIC the new passport number once I receive it?

You have to send new passport as they required at least six month of period to issue visa and no need to send old one but keep it with you when you do the landing.

Hey guys, I paid my RPRF using my friend's credit card and the official receipt has his name on it but the other columns in the pdf are empty, so I was wondering if I should fill something in it ? if so should I fill for my frined's details or mine ?

Though in the official mail I will be giving my application details.
