Awesome man how did that happened? Can you please share your request leter and their reply after hiding the personal info. Congrats

Here is the core of the letter:

During the duration of education I did hold two permits: one student permit and one off-campus work permit. According to the letter from ____ College I concluded my study program on 14 December 2012 as I completed my education requirements of the program.

According to the Oversees Processing manual (OP25-A): “For a student who had graduated from a Canadian post-secondary institution, only work experience gained after graduation will count towards meeting the work experience requirement (e.g., post-graduate work permit).”

Subsequently, I was working as a full-time employee from 15 December 2012 until 18 December 2013 at ____ as a Quality Analyst. I was authorized to do so based on my off-campus work permit and my post graduate work permit. As such I complies with the program eligibility requirement stating “…[t]he applicant must also: have acquired, in Canada, within the 36 months before the date on which their application is received, at least 12 months of full-time work experience”

I have also again attached my same (was submitted with application before) college's letter, experience letter and rejection letter from the office.

In 20 days, I got reply back that they are satisfied with my one year experience and going to re-open my file.

Thanks....

I forgot to mention. I also contacted my local MP and they were satisfied with my argument and also ask CIC to reconsider their decision.

I agree. Key to success is not to loose hope. Good thing is I am not impatient for process any more...lolz...

I was waiting for MR so desperately and ended up with that surprise.

I would say to all...be patient and let it go with the flow. Eventually, every one get through this.

Thanks to all for support.

@hondafan

Where are our December applicants these days. Are everyone got their MRs. Howz process going on these day. I kinda left the thread and moved to August 2014 applicants.

I have applied again in the August though and I am planning to continue with that application too. What you suggest? BTW, FYI, I got my MR also.

Thanks...

Thanks buddy. I applied through the consultant and he send the email to CIC on my behalf.

But with the MP, I followed up by my-self and let the lawyer know after every thing was done. I believe, MP's email did most of the work because the when I got the call from the MP saying that they talked to the CIC and CIC will look into my file again and after couple of days I got the email from CIC.

Best of luck to all of us. :)
