Some in the November 2013 are just getting medical requests in last couple of days, think its very random...or CIC have their own plan of prioritization

Two of my friends from 3rd week of Dec have their MR already.. Probably, if your case (Employment eligiblity, Criminality background etc.) and documents supporting it are very sound & clear (Ex: 3 years of experience in NOC eligible in a Big Canadian company) and needs no further review by second VO, they might be getting their MRs much faster than others...

My timelines are

App Received at CIC - Dec 17th, 2013
AOR Received - Feb 04th, 2014

NO,MR YET ??? ???

I just received my gcms notes today. I'm a pakistani citizen so the whole criminal record process will take some time I believe ( it's in progress) Upfront medicals were completed a couple a weeks ago but they havent even started looking at it yet. The last update to my account was made in April when they acknowledged that the PCC was received.

I'm sure a number of you are in the same boat.....

Question: the notes indicate that the Right of permanent residence fee is outstanding but I was never requested for one. Can i just make the payment and send them a confirmation or do I have to wait for them to request me for one.

My timelines are

Application received at CIO on December 20, 2013.
AOR Received: February 11, 2013.

MR: Not yet (Eagerly waiting) ??? ??? ???

I see on trackitt some people from January start getting the MR. However, this thread gave me so relief to see that I am not the only one but among quite a few.
