Received CoPR in post today dated 24 July

Hey just reread my email receipt it says the following

Your case processing centre will only accept a printout of the official receipt as proof of payment. Thank you.

I scanned the original into a PDF and emailed to ottawa

I was asked for the RPRF on July 3rd; paid, filled in and emailed receipt as requested on the same day.

No 'decision made' as yet, still just says they started processing on June 26th, and medical results have been received.

I have one question. When you send the RPRF receipt do you fill in your DOB, Client ID and Address manually and then scan and send to CIC through email?

I didn't fill the form and left DOB, Client ID and Address field blank. I sent the generated PDF. Will this delay the process?

Can you tell me what happened? Did you re-send it as print, filled in, scanned and e-mailed? Or did you leave it as it is?

Did you fill your receipt in electronically?

Yes... surely it can't make any difference? Why on earth would they need you to print it then scan it back into a new pdf and email it to them anyway? That's nuts! It totally negates the point of having an electronic system.

Just to update on this... my girlfriend definitely filled her RPRF Receipt in electronically and fired it back to CIC. No printing and no scanning.

She got her confirmation through with no problems, 3-4 weeks after.

Based on GCMS, they send me AOR on Feb 7 but I received it from my lawyer on Feb 11. However, I don't think so it is purely based on the AOR.

Yesterday, I got my GCMS notes and in history section I find that they have not touched my file until June 26. They added my employer under Organizations and Entities section on June 26.

Is this normal? Do they do this for all?
