I received AOR on February 4th but I haven't been able to log into ECAS. I get the following error "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons". Could anyone please tell me if that is normal that ECAS hasn't been updated yet? I appreciate your help! Thanks!

I have applied for PR.. i have submitted the documents and received AOR on february 6th 2014..Is it right approach that I can prepare the documents and forward it to CIC Canada.. Because I have read somewhere that if we are outside Canada, we should submit the documents in our home country..

can anyone tell me how should I know to which visa office my file was transferred? I've sent my application to Sydney (I am in Canada), and when I received AOR email, it was written "Your application will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing. Any future correspondence should be sent to the visa office as indicated on your application". But where? to Ottawa? How can I know?
Thanks!
Regardless if it is within Canada or outside canada. The site says 13 months based on the completed application.Sivakumar santhanam said:Actually you have to choose a Visa office :
- your country of nationality, or
- the country in which you are residing, provided that you have been lawfully admitted to that country for at least one (1) year.
