Man if you have planned to go back - what is this fuss all about ? If your PR is in process , CIC gives you a option to apply BOWP , if you don't want one yes you have to go back . Rest if PR taking time is your problem , Sit back and relax as you can't control it . Best of luck.catchme288 said:

Below link has all information you need to apply BOWP. Write N/A than leave it blank.
For Employer, Work Location etc., write "BOWP application - Not Applicable" and if you're applying for spouse write "Spousal Open Work Permit - Not Applicable".

Operational Bulletin 485-A – September 19, 2013 is the latest operational bulletin for BOWP. Did anyone recieve their PR ? my online application status is still showing
1.We received your application for permanent residence on December 20, 2013.
2.We started processing your application on July 8, 2014.
What are the stages after that ? how long that will take?
Any support from you guys will help, I am getting nervous because they asked for supporting documentation on July 8th I sent them the documents but no word back since!
