I am at India and wanted to apply through a Friend.

Can u pls let me know If I sign and send the consent form, person who is applying on my behalf can upload scanned copy of it while applying on line.
or Is it that he has to fill the form online, print,sign it and send hard copies of his application along with my Consent Form to CIC through post.

Kindly confirm.

Yes Exactly, & its applied through Online.

FYI... Not sure if you can access the link from India. If you can, Just open the link and go through the application process, But dont submitt it....It will just give you some Basic idea. what are the question in it, so that you can even explain to your friend

It seems things has slowed down too much. For last 2-3 weeks i am not hearing any new Medical Requests for either November or December applicants.

Could it be vacation impact? or due to strike?

Hi,

I sent in my application in Dec2012 and AOR in FEb 2013. There hasn't been any update on my application since then.

I travelled back to India after applying, please can anyone help me on how to update the Visa office on the change of address.

Also is anyone aware of how the process works when applying in a visa office outside canada. ( I have mentioned New Delhi )

I heard August would be slow in terms of processing, but never expected that not even a single MR would come in August.

There have been several MR requests on Trackitt.
Plus a number of PPR's
Someone, somewhere is working

My PR application was received December 3, 2012. I received my medical request yesterday (August 21, 2013).

They're still working, just slowly.

I heard they mostly come in night. I also got my AOR around 10:00 PM EST.

is that correct?
