Need more details than that. What year? Sponsoring who? Explain what 117(9) is please. What are you sponsoring for now? What country?

If you get denied once for immigration, chances are extremely low for an visitor's visa approval.
It has been proven case after case. It is usually mostly on luck when that happens. My friend had her spouse's visit visa denied even after showing the strongest documents and ties in her native country.

Indeed - fromadistance is doing all the updates for the spreadsheet because from other months, experience shows that it gets a little messy if everybody can access it... so if you post here ( like you did) then fromadistance will directly update the information...
(as you can see, the London spreadsheet is open, and you could edit the information, but from time to time somebody messes up with it and it's not an ideal system, it's better to have one person in charge of it).
