hiii vicky,sikh19,albabeu and canadafsw.....you may have to wait till first week of feb to hear from cic...as they are right now working on mid november applicants... my application reached on 17 nov...still no bd encashment!!!!

is there someone here applying as federal skilled worker with arranged employment inside canada?

they received my application december 07, 2011 i hope last week of january or 1st week of february there is already an AOR.. do you any idea how can i check my Bank draft if it is already encashed? by the way my husband is the primary applicant just the two of us included in the PR application... He is an Electrical Engineer back in the Philippines and I am a Pharmacist...

You need to get in touch with your bank and they may be able to tell you about

DD clearance...make sure you have xerox copy of you DD with DD number and date!!

hi, im new to this thread i applied in last week of november that time cap was 365 but on 3rd jan. cap reached to 500. so friends what u people think about my case plz reply me i will wait for ur replies.

Dear Koel,

Don"t give up ur hope.
Its very difficult to say whether ur application falls under the cap or not.
Normally when they open the application packet ,if all docs are there they consider the application as one unit.Hence,final processing date is not relevant in that case.The initial day of processing when they open ur application is important.

no update on total applications received sine 16 jan. I think CIC is busy. I hope a big change in caps list
now.

Its difficult to comment whether ur application falls under the cap or not...

Do you know what was the cap position when your file was dispatched?

we can only guess an estimate...because usually it take uptp 3months to get

any update from CIC, you can contact to your bank for payment deduction...if it has been made

then congrats...u are under cap or you can e-mail CIC you know about the status of your application...

don't worry... Pray to Waheguru and will do good for you!!

Don't worry drpcbaba, CIC always take couple of week to update the capping list!! It will be

updated shortly...keep an eye on it!!
