December 2011 OR Noc 3233 LPN applicant join us!!

you should track it and make sure your application has successfully delivered to CIC!!
 
I sent my application on Dec 10th 2011 from Houston, USA to CIC, sydney, NS, Canada.
It was received on Dec 14th, 2011.
I've applied for 2121, Federeal Skilled Worker. At that time, still needs 80 people to reach the CAP of 500.
And the VISA office chosen is Buffalo.

From now on, I'm gonna to update my information once I receive anything.

By other people's experience, it's gonna to take an average of 3 months to get the AOR. Some AOR may be sent by email.
Hope everybody here could receive response soon.

Application received at Sydney 30/12/11.How can we know that which month's file has been processing?and which month's PER issuing?

thanks for your wishes!! Actually now CIC ppl will go through your file
if they would found that all documents are in order and you are eligible to
apply then they will process your file and process your DD/Credit Card for fees.

this is the actual process I have got from one of the thread.. it would be very helpful to you
stage by stage

Stage-1: [CIO stage] Send Initial Apps+Processing Fees to CIO-NS > Qualitative Check > Issue of AOR+120 days Letter >

Stage-2: [CHC stage onwards] Send Full Docs+RPRF to the Local Visa Office > File on Queue > e-Cas: "Received by Visa Office" > Eligibility Check+PSDEC > Issue of 2nd AOR > Background Check > Issue of Additional docs Request [if any] > 1st BF'D > e-Cas: "In Process" > Send Addnl. Docs > Issue of Med Request > 2nd BF'D >

Stage-3: Meds Sent > e-Cas: "Medical Results Recd." > Issue of PPR* > Send Passport/s > Security Check > Visa/s Stamped > e-Cas: "Decision Made" > ..............................*The Meds & PPR are sometimes 'clubbed' together.

Stage-4: Return of 'Stamped' Passport/s+COPR > Landing at the POE > e-Cas: "Completed".

Im still waiting CIC to deduct the funds from my account!!

I had words with Bank Manager and he said my Bank Draft hasn't been present to cash..

Hello guys the cic received my application last december 7,2011 my visa office will be buffalo usa since i am applying under federal skilled worker with arranged employment inside canada... Any news from you guys what date are they opening right now?
