Is SHOWING "APPLICATIN RECEIVED" In the E-CAS a sign of transfer to Ottawa?

I think our cases were transfered to Ottawa way before they updated our status on E-cas.

Seems that all Nov Dec 2011 cases are transfered to Ottawa

I just saw on another forum a Feb 2012 applicant got his FN this afternoon................

where is my AOR and FN...........

Hey lilyluvx, No way that Feb 2012 applicant receives an AOR. I haven't seen a single Jan 2012 applicant receiving an AOR yet. I am one of the Jan 2012 applicant and my application is just showing up online saying "Application Received".

I dont wanna believe that either as I'm a late December applicant and I've got nothing so far... but... There are 2 Feb applicants who received their FN this afternoon on another forum. One submitted on Feb 01, the other submitted on Feb 03, cashed out in mid March, got their file number this afternoon.... their cases are processed by the same visa officer in Ottawa

some people just have better luck..... : too bad I'm never one of them.... lol

Just received my AOR and FN at 10.46pm. My case was transfered to Ottawa.

I applied in Last week of dec and haven't recieved anything. All i know is that my draft has been cashed out on Feb 17. One of my friend applied in Mid Feb and yesterday he got his FN @ 7:30 PM. Im reeli tensed now :s

Hey Minta. I'm in the same boat as you - my application was received at Buffalo on 22nd December, DD cashed on Feb 9th... no AOR yet.
Can you log into ecas?

I am a Januray applicant and my DD was cashed out on 23rd Feb and I received a file number yesterday. Hope you guys also receive the AOR soon.

yes. it is right.did you use "-" between the 4 digits of your client id?

Nothing comes up there @ ecas. But i wonder if the ecas gives the correct info. Cuz 1 of my friend he applied in Sep end and he got on Jan. His medical is done but still when he logs in ecas, nothing shows up there.
