Hi laleh_d!!

That's excellent news, congratulations! That means your file is on its last stages. Now I'm not sure how long your VO takes to approve you but some other VO's have been giving decisions a week after the status has been changed to In Process. I hope you get your DM fast!

Wow. thank you so much for your answer. Well it is stated on the CIC website that Ankara takes 5 months to process the files so I'm not sure if our file will be in the processing stage for 5months or less. But knowing that it is in the final stage makes me feel so relieved. I hope everyone in this thread get their PRR soon. :)

Hi guys!!!

Just checked my E-Cas and it says DECISION MADE!!! I can't believe I have a decision made in 87 days

The only odd part is that when I click on the status, it still says:

Permanent Residence
We received your application for permanent residence on December 30, 2011.

We started processing your application on March 16, 2012.

Medical results have been received.

But it doesn't say anything about we have made a decision about your application and the mailing thing that everyone else sees. Has that happened to anyone else??

Mine shows the same thing. except, I think the decision made refers to my sponsorship approval and the in process thing refers to my husband permanent residency application. When I click on the decision made tab it says that I have been approved as a sponsor and when I click on the in process tab it shows me the following msg.

Permanent Residence

Hi alpat,

If you provided your e-mail address on your application, you should receive your AOR (Acknowledgement of Receipt) through e-mail. If you don't receive it by e-mail for some reason, you will get it through regular paper based mail. You don't receive that letter until a week or so after they have approved you. I've been reading the thread for January applicant's and it's looking like CPC-M is really backed up.

Good luck!
